Rules for use of Netball Courts at Holy Spirit North Ryde
Girls are to meet either their Coach or Manager at the allocated meeting point straight after school. The meeting point has been allocated in a position where minimum traffic occurs as all Holy Spirit children exit the school at the same time. If your team trains on the grass netball courts, the meeting point straight after school is at the stairs under the Primary shelter area. If your team trains on the hard netball court outside the school hall the meeting point is the stairs outside the school hall.

The Coach or manager must take their team to the bathroom as a group. Once all the girls have gone to the bathroom and got changed they are walked over to the training area. All girls are to be supervised at all times.

Coaches and Managers need to inform their parents to ring the Coach or Manager to find out if training is cancelled due to bad weather.  DO NOT ring the school office.  If the school has been unable to use the courts during the day due to wet weather, then you can assume that the grass courts cannot be used for training.  You can however have a light training session under the fixed shade shelter next to the oval. To find out if the grass courts were closed, please ask the girls after school.

The school does not want children roaming around the school grounds unattended, nor do they want children touching any school equipment left out. Siblings are not to be roaming all over the oval area or school grounds.  If you feel this could be a problem, it is best not to bring siblings.

Coaches/Managers are to ensure all children are collected by a parent/guardian at the end of the session. No child is to be left unsupervised. If a child is to return to After School Care following training, she must be escorted by the coach or manager.

All parents and children are to use the exit on Cox’s Road next to After School Care.

All children/parents are to be out of the school by 5.30pm.  If there is a need to discuss team matters, please move out to Cox’s Road.

In addition to these rules for training at Holy Spirit School, we will comply with any further policies/procedures identified by Holy Spirit School. Please make sure that all measures are taken to comply with the schools request. We do not want to jeopardise our access to the school grounds!
